Terms Of Trade

 Approved retail outlets

 ToastyandWarm will decide, in its own absolute discretion, whether to approve a retail outlet. 
 

 Orders

1 By placing an order with ToastyandWarm a customer agrees to accept and be bound by ToastyandWarm’s policies and terms and conditions current at the time of placing the order.

2 If particular products are in packs or minimum quantities, they must be ordered in those packs or quantities. If assortments, colours or sizes are optional, orders must specify a selection otherwise we will make the selection.

3 Orders should be placed as soon as possible after the launch of ToastyandWarm ranges to help ensure availability.
 
4 Your order is binding on you once it is placed with us. Any changes to the order, and any cancellations, must be made within seven days after that, otherwise, you will be obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value for administration.

5 Orders which are $500 or more, the cost of the elivery wil be waived.

6 Orders may not be cancelled 6 weeks from your due delivery date.

 Delivery

1 ToastyandWarm will arrange for delivery of orders to the customer's premises and will add the delivery charges to the price of the goods.

2 Risk passes at the time of delivery.

 Payment terms

1 Retailers must pay by direct deposit against invoice prior to delivery of an order. When your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, we will contact you and issue an invoice for the total price of the goods, GST and delivery included.  The delivery cost will be waived if the order exceeds $500. Upon payment of the invoiced amount, we will dispatch the order.

2 This also applies to international customers. ToastyandWarm cannot offer credit terms to any international customers.

 Returns

1 ToastyandWarm products must be washed only in accordance with the washing instructions on the Care Label on the product and must not be bleached or soaked.

2 Retailers should contact us in the case of any customer returns so that we can assess the returned item before you refund your customer.

3 If a garment is defective, either in workmanship or materials, ToastyandWarm will accept a return of the item and either repays the wholesale price in full or offer a credit or replacement.
